However, you can still apply for Spring 2019.

Though you’ve mentioned most of the details about your profile, I’m still not sure about which course you want to apply to. So, if you can reply with your dream course in mind, I’d be happy to suggest some Ambitious, Achievable & Safe universities according to your profile.
